The funeral service was held on 9th January 2023 at All Saints Church Fulham, followed by a reception at Fulham Palace. A video recording of the service is shared below, along with information about donations and personal tributes.

Our beautiful niece Hannah will forever live in our hearts and memories while on earth. We had too little time with you here. Hannah your brave struggle to live and to love has impacted us greatly. Thank you for including us in your journey. We are comforted in knowing that we will join you, no pain and no tears, when we too see Christ! For the years that I knew Hannah she was a beautiful person inside and out, charismatic and bright, she will always have a place in my heart and I shall remember her for the laughter and the good times we shared.
My thoughts are with the family at this time, a shining light taken away too soon… She will forever be in my thoughts.
