Parking at the cemetery
- There are 2 cemetery entrances along Brooklyns Lane – the 2nd entrance opposite the school is the more convenient entrance in location to the grave
- The school will leave up to 5 spaces against the school kerb outside of this entrance if possible
- If these spaces are taken it has been recommended to go back to entrance 1 and park near the chapel and walk down – there should be a cemetery attendant walking around – unfortunately the cemetery resources are limited but the funeral directors White Rose Modern Funerals will also be on hand to help direct people
- The hearse will enter the cemetery as it needs to be as close as possible to the graveside – please do not follow the hearse as it will be difficult to turn your cars round
DONATIONS
As space at the graveside is so limited, in lieu of floral tributes we invite you to donate to either of two charities close to Kathleen’s heart – The Warwickshire Air Ambulance and Dogs for Good.
Thank you

Mary was an important person in the history of my immediate family.
She was a great friend and support to my mother Florence when she was newly married to Mary’s older brother Don, when they all lived in Sevenoaks.
When the Streatfields returned to Weybridge we ended up living next door to Mary and family. She looked after my grandfather in his senior years until he died. Again she was a friend and support to Florence when my parents split up, and also to me and my brother Don.
As we all got older, we became less close. However, over the last ten years I started to visit her a bit more. I’m so glad I did. She was an important link for me to my own personal history. She was an inspiration. Always understanding, always wise, always funny!! I think of Mary as a summer day in a wintry world. I will miss her.

I have such fond memories of Aunty Mary. As a child I remember frequently visiting her beautiful home in Weybridge, she was always so welcoming and keen to hear what we had been up to. I distinctly remember that she had steps down into her kitchen, which was often filled with lovely food, cake, cups of tea and also cats! Aunty Mary’s laugh is one that will always stay with me, I can hear it now and it will always make me smile. Thank you for the lovely memories, we will miss you. Rest in peace.
Lots of Love Jo Streatfield and family x x x x

So sad to hear of the passing away of Mary. A wonderful kind Mother in law who was always so willing to give. So generous with her time and devoted to her family. Always seeing the positive with a bright smiling face, we will miss Mary. May she rest in peace.

When I think about my Godmother Auntie Mary
The thoughts of her just bring a smile to my face
Her words of advice, laughter (lots of it), talking for hours about anything and everything!
I remember she made the most amazing flapjacks .
When Alison and I would stumble in after a heavy night partying there was always cheese on toast for us!!
I loved walking down to see her at Portmore Park Road.
Or on a Saturday going to see her when she worked in Bentalls Kingston shoe department.
She also worked at Shop Twelve sweet shop in Bakers Street Weybridge . Auntie Mary didn’t like us eating in the street so we had to take our Penny sweets home to eat instead .
My memories are fond and I am happy you will be with Uncle Francis once again
Sending all my love to you all Elizabeth, Sarah , Rachel & Olivia xxxxxxxx
