In loving memory of Leon who sadly passed away on 10th November 2022
To even be saying the words ‘Leon’s funeral’ is a tremendous shock. Trying to come to terms with his sudden passing is not going to be easy. However, Leon loved life and we want to celebrate his life, so please do join us.

FUNERAL SERVICE
The funeral service will be held at 2.40pm on Friday 9th December at Mortlake Crematorium
Directions to Mortlake Crematorium are provided below. There is ample car parking, we advise to arrive 15 minutes prior to the service starting.
The service will be webcast live and details of how to access this are provided below also.

Directions:
Turn into Townmead Road off the A205 Mortlake Road. At the mini-roundabout, turn right into Kew Meadow Path. Go through the gates and park in the car park on the left hand side.
The crematorium building will be in front of you, if you walk under the left archway, there is a Waiting Room on the right hand corner.
Toilets are on the left hand side. The ladies are at the end of the small room on the left, a disabled toilet is also in this room on the right. The gents doorway is a little further along from this room.
Please note that Mortlake Crematorium falls within the ULEZ charging zone (you can check your vehicle’s compliance status here).

The Lensbury is located along the river Thames on Broom Road in Teddington, which you can access from the Twickenham Road / Kingston Road A310 junction with Ferry Road / Teddington High Street. There is a car park at the venue.

Leon was quite honestly the nicest man who myself and my daughter ever had the pleasure of knowing, always so welcoming, kind and full of fun.
I met Leon 26 years ago whilst on a Christmas night out in Kingston with Mandy, we ended up in the same club as Leon and his friends and the rest as they say is history!
RIP Leon, you will be truly missed but will forever live on in our memories of which we have so many to treasure ❤️

We all first met at Latymer in 1981 and Leon was at the heart of the group after leaving school and went into the 90’s. I feel privileged to have reconnected with him 10 years ago and so pleased that we got together a few times this year.
