Details of the funeral are provided below.
The family have had an enormous response to attending Richard’s funeral – thank you. The church and reception venue are now beyond full capacity, so unfortunately we are no longer able to take RSVP responses.
FUNERAL SERVICE
The funeral service will be held at 1.30pm on Wednesday 26th February at St. Mary’s Church, Bedfont
UPDATE: 18 February – please note both the church and reception venue are at full capacity. There will be a speaker outside the church for standing room only but no screen or recording will be available.
Please note formal black funeral attire is not necessary.

St. Mary’s Church sits on the northern edge of Bedfont Green, near the junction of the A315 Staines Road and Hatton Road.

Directions:
Hampton Court Palace Golf Club is located within the grounds of Home Park. The main entrance is on Hampton Court Road (A308), near to Kingston Bridge. Once inside the gates, the clubhouse is a few minutes drive inside the grounds.
Disabled access – please note: Unfortunately the venue does not have disabled access to the first floor, which is where the main reception will take place. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. There is plenty of space downstairs for drinks and walks around the park.
Bus routes: The following bus routes run along the boundaries of Bushy Park: 111, 216, 285, 411, 481, R68 and R70
Trains: The nearest railway stations are Hampton Court, Hampton Wick and Kingston.
On foot: There are several gates into the park around the perimeter. Kingston Gate is near the foot of Kingston Bridge. Paddock Gate is on Hampton Court Road, a short distance from Lion Gate into Hampton Court Palace. There are three pedestrian gates at various points along Barge Walk.
