Tips and troubleshooting
We recommend you try logging in to the webcast so you can test that you are able to see and hear it – make sure your speakers are turned on and up.
If when viewing a Live Webcast you can no longer see the video, it’s possible that connection to the crematorium has been lost. Please wait, and this should be restored as quickly as possible.
Any further problems please click here or call the Obitus team on 03333 447 440.
HOW TO GET THERE
Kew Meadow Path
Turn into Townmead Road off the A205 Mortlake Road. At the mini-roundabout, turn right into Kew Meadow Path. Go through the gates and park in the car park on the left hand side.
The crematorium building will be in front of you, if you walk under the left archway, there is a Waiting Room on the right hand corner.
Loos are opposite the Waiting Room. The ladies are in the small waiting area on the left, the gents doorway is a little further along from this room.
Please note that Mortlake Crematorium falls within the ULEZ charging zone (you can check your vehicle’s compliance status here).
The New Inn
There is free on-street parking past the pub entrance (which is on the one-way part of the road signed ‘Ham Common’) on the right hand side of the road round Ham common.
65 bus route – stops close to the pub
After the service family and close friends are invited to join Cristina and Antonia for refreshments in the back room at The New Inn, Ham Common.
Drinks will be served at the bar – please order as you enter the pub. There will be a ‘free bar’ for the coffee, tea, soft drinks, beer & lager and wine.
There will be a light buffet, if you have any dietary preference please email Kay Evans asap – firstname.lastname@example.org
