Tips and troubleshooting
We recommend you try logging in to the webcast so you can test that you are able to see and hear it – make sure your speakers are turned on and up.
If when viewing a Live Webcast you can no longer see the video, it’s possible that connection to the crematorium has been lost. Please wait, and this should be restored as quickly as possible.

HOW TO GET THERE
Kew Meadow Path
Turn into Townmead Road off the A205 Mortlake Road. At the mini-roundabout, turn right into Kew Meadow Path. Go through the gates and park in the car park on the left hand side.
The crematorium building will be in front of you, if you walk under the left archway, there is a Waiting Room on the right hand corner and loos are on the left hand side. The ladies are in the small waiting area on the left, the gents doorway is a little further along from this room.
Please note that Mortlake Crematorium falls within the ULEZ charging zone (you can check your vehicle’s compliance status here).
The Teddington RFC Club House
Dora Jordan Road
Teddington Town Sports Club, overlooking Bushy Park, is located near the NPL in Teddington.
Head for Queens Road (B358) which runs from Hampton Road (A313) / Broad Street Teddington towards Bushy Park, then follow these directions:
(1) Turn off Queens Road (by pedestrian crossing) opposite Park Lane (looks like you are entering NPL).
(2) Take the second exit at the mini roundabout, Bushy Road, signposted Rugby & Cricket clubs then turn right onto Dora Jordan Road again signposted Rugby & Cricket Clubs.
(3) Park at the far end of the Clapperstile car park, enter Bushy Park through the Coleshill Road gate and the rugby club is in the right.
Remembering my lifelong friend Phil who, although we were far apart for most of our lives, was very dear to me and we kept in touch over many years. Will be missing our chats over the phone. Rest in eternal peace my dearest, longest friend.
Much love from your friend John.
